How the AI works

How AI-Powered Event SMS Works

Not the internet. The assistant answers from the brief you wrote, cites where each answer came from, and hands anything it cannot source to a person. No invented parking lots, no confident wrong wave times.

One event brief answers on SMS, WhatsApp and webchat.

Four steps, no prompt engineering

From your brief to a live number.

  1. 01 2 min

    Upload the brief

The athlete guide, the DPW notice, the parking map, last year's FAQ. PDF, Word or pasted text.

  2. 02 2 min

    Import the roster

RunSignup, Race Roster, Eventbrite or a CSV. Phone numbers, distances and waves map on import.

  3. 03 30 sec

    Pick a mode

Autonomous, Approval or Learning. Change it any time, including in the middle of race morning.

  4. 04 Instant

    Publish the number

Print it on the bib, the banner and the parking sign. It answers from that second on.

Grounded answers

Every reply shows its source.

Answers come from your brief, your broadcasts and answers you have approved before. Open any thread in the dashboard and see the exact line the assistant used. If nothing in your material covers it, it says so and escalates instead of guessing.

Your event brief
PDFs and documents you upload. The primary source for anything factual.
Your broadcasts
A 6:31 AM reroute becomes the answer to course questions for the rest of the day.
Approved answers
Anything you answered by hand and approved, carried forward to future events.
Nothing else
No web search, no general knowledge about your venue, no filling in gaps from other events.

what time do I need to be in transition
Transition closes at 7:45 AM sharp. Wave 3 starts 8:20, so plan to rack by 7:30.

  • Confidence high
  • 2.4s
  • Sent autonomously

No matching source means no answer. The assistant replies that it is checking with the team, and the question lands in your inbox marked held.

You choose how much rope it gets

Three modes, switchable mid-event.

  • Autonomous

Replies on its own in under 5 seconds. Anything outside your material is held for a person instead of guessed at.

    Race morning, high volume

  • Approval

Drafts every reply and waits for your tap. Slower, but nothing reaches an athlete without a human reading it first.

First event, or a sensitive one

  • Emergency Brake

One tap stops the AI completely and sends only your alert, so nothing on the number can contradict you.

    Weather hold, incident, evacuation

It gets better every event

Answer once, never again.

Learning Mode turns every escalation into knowledge. You answer a resident or an athlete once, approve it, and the assistant owns that question for every future event. Your second year is quieter than your first.

The honest limits

Will it make things up?
It answers only from your material and shows the source line. When nothing matches, it says it is checking with the team and escalates. You will see held questions in your inbox rather than discover a wrong answer later.
Can it take a registration or a payment?
No. It answers questions and sends broadcasts. Anything transactional, like a distance change or a refund, is routed to a person with the athlete's details attached.
What if two documents disagree?
It flags the conflict to you instead of picking one. Your most recent broadcast always wins over an older document, which is why a 6:31 AM reroute overrides the printed guide.
Who sees the conversations?
You and the staff you invite. Threads are visible in the dashboard with sources attached, exportable, and deleted on the retention schedule you set.

Ask it something hard.

Text the number and try to break it. That is the demo.
