- What counts as a message?
- One inbound text or one outbound reply, per recipient. A broadcast to 800 people uses 800. Your plan shows the remaining count live, and top-ups are instant.
- Do I keep the number next year?
- Yes. The number and the opt-in list stay with your account, so the audience you built at last year's race is already there when registration opens.
- What happens when I run out mid-event?
- Nothing breaks. You get an email at 75% and again at the limit, and a top-up takes two taps. The AI keeps answering while you buy.
- Is WhatsApp extra?
- No. SMS, WhatsApp and the webchat widget are on every plan including the free one. One inbox, one brief, one price.
- Can the city pay by invoice or PO?
